FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By placing this order, the purchaser confirms understanding and acceptance of the above, and also the following additional terms and conditions:

• Your order will be acknowledged and the feature(s) ordered will be emailed to you normally within a couple of working days of receipt.
• If I am away, an ‘Out of Office’ message will be sent, giving a date by which you can expect to receive your order. This will be within 14 working days of receipt.
• An email invoice will be sent with the features ordered, and also with the pictures.
• All features and pictures offered for sale on this website are © Kate Nivison and subject to international copyright laws.
• Your purchase of any feature or picture is for one-time use only, by the stated publication only. Your purchase does not cover any other rights or usages, including electronic rights/publication on any website.
• Terms longer than 90 days can be negotiated for existing customers, or by special request from first-time purchasers.
• After 90 days, unless you have indicated Payment on Publication above and given a likely date, if no payment has been received, a second invoice will be sent. I regret that legal action will then be taken unless the full amount is received by return of post.
