SELECTING PICTURES

for use with a feature

  • Nearly all features come with a set of pictures (usually 10-20 per set).
  • Each picture has its own unique 3-letter/2-number filename, eg for Sardinia feature the picture filenames are sar01, sar02 etc) and each has a short caption.
  • Pictures can be viewed as thumbnails on the individual feature pages, and are expandable for clearer viewing. At high resolution, pictures are usually around 5MB (range 2.5MB - 7MB).
  • A separate caption sheet with fuller captions can be viewed and downloaded as a Word document by a click from the relevant feature page.

WHEN YOU HAVE MADE YOUR SELECTION:

Go to CONTACT ME or PAYMENT, click as indicated for an ORDER FORM and simply add the 3-letter/2-number filename for each picture you require to go with your feature(s) order.

For DISPATCH OF THE FULL-SIZE PICTURES, you will be asked to choose from the following:

By email (1 per email, sent consequetively).

By (air)mail on non-returnable CD.

By FTP (please send your details).

  • The price per sent picture is £20
  • There is a £5 surcharge per non-returnable CD, which can be added to your order total.
  • You will be notified by email when the pictures have been dispatched.
  • I regret that no money can be refunded for any picture(s) sent to you by any means, but not used.
  • I may have more pictures available than those shown for a particular feature, so do please ask if you would like to see more.
  • In a few instances, it is indicated that no pictures are available.
  • If you have any particular requests that you think I may be able to help you with (after viewing what is on offer) please contact me.

Examples: general holiday pictures, well-known places, tropical vegetation, crops, flowers, animals, etc.

without ordering a feature

 

  • Every picture is associated with a named feature, so please trawl through the pages for any destination (by region) or general topic (alphabetically) that interests you to inspect the thumbnails.
  • Any picture can be ordered without having to order a feature.
  • Please make sure that you have read the above conditions, make your selection, and proceed as above.
  • If you have any particular requests that you think I may be able to help you with (after viewing what is on offer) please contact me.

Examples: general holiday pictures, well-known places, tropical vegetation, crops, flowers, wildlife, etc.
